Salmon Couscous

Baked Salmon served with lemon dressed couscous, persian mint Shirazi salad, and garlic Tzatziki sauce. This revisited Persian-inspired dish makes for a nutritious filling flavoursome lunch.

Ingredients:
Baked Steelhead Salmon, Lemon Dressing, Olive Oil, Parley, Salt, Pepper, Couscous. Shirazi Salad: Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Onions, Persian Mint, Olive Oil. Tzatziki Sauce: Yoghurt, Dry Mint, Dill, Garlic Confit.

Instructions:
Take off the lid. Place in a pan on a stovetop or in a microwave and heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
