There is nothing more heartwarming than a nice bowl of homemade vegan soup. This popular Lebanese lentil soup has potatoes that add a starchy layer to the lentils and the lemons, while the chard and cilantro give it a boost.
Ingredients:
Green Lentils (washed and drained), Potatoes (cubed), Onions, Swiss Chard, Spinach, Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Fresh Cilantro, Garlic Cloves (minced).
Instructions:
In pot over medium heat stir for 3-4 minutes.
