Lebanese Cauliflower Wrap
Fried cauliflower tossed with pomegranate molasses, lemon juice and salt. Stuffed with garlic sauce, mint chutney, pickled turnips and onions, cabbage slaw, sumac onions, and served with house-made Piri-Piri fries. Lots of flavours and Mediterranean-inspired spices.
Cauliflower, Sea Salt, Pomegranate Molasses, Fresh Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Garlic, Ginger, 3.5% Yogurt, Garam Masala (Coriander, Black Pepper, Cumin, Cardamon, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg), Sour Cream, Mayonnaise, Apple Cider Vinegar, White Vinegar, Sumac (Lebanese Spice), Sugar, Potatoes, Smoked Paprika, Sweet Paprika, Bay Leaf, Onions, Turnips, Jalapeno, Cabbage, Flour Tortilla.
Place in a pan on a stovetop or in a sandwich grill and heat for 2 minutes or enjoy it cold.
